This site is operated by DaKreator38 Studios, founded by Julius Nzang (“the studio”, “we”, “us”).

The studio email is studio@dakreator38.com. That is the address that answers for these terms.

By using dakreator38.com and this headquarters — films, radio, music, the screening room, the masterclass pages, insights, and the forms — you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. Leave the house.

This is a studio headquarters. It shows original work, takes inquiries, and describes a masterclass whose start date is to be announced.

It is not a store. We do not take payment here. Filling a form does not buy a seat, a licence, a partnership, or a credit.

It is not a file locker. Audio and video are streamed. You do not receive a download, a master, or a right to keep a copy.

Films, posters, stills, scores, radio plays, text, the mark, and Julius Nzang’s likeness on these pages belong to the studio or to people who licensed them to us. All rights reserved, except where we say otherwise.

Watching, listening, or reading is a licence to experience the work on this site. It is not a licence to copy, scrape, train a model on, re-upload, or sell any of it.

Some cuts play from YouTube or TikTok. Those players are their services, under their terms. We are not YouTube. We are not TikTok.

Some pictures were made with AI tools under studio direction. Direction, story, and the finished work remain the studio’s. The tool is an instrument.

A “Now showing” or “Coming Soon” label means the cut we have chosen to stream, not a promise of a theatrical print or a downloadable file.

Coming Soon means the picture is on the slate and not yet locked. Do not treat a teaser as the feature.

Do not record the room. Do not strip the stream. Do not republish the episodes, scores, or radio plays from this site.

The AI Filmmaking Masterclass pages describe a class that has not opened. The start date is to be announced. There is no checkout.

Writing studio@dakreator38.com about the class is an inquiry, not an enrolment. We will answer when we can. We do not reserve a place until we say so in writing, from that address.

Contact and newsletter fields are for work, press, partnership, and class interest. Use them honestly.

Do not send us a script, a treatment, or a “I have a story” packet through the form and expect it to be read as a submission. The studio already develops its own slate.

If you send an unsolicited idea anyway, you agree that we may already be working on something similar, that sending it does not create a partnership, and that we owe you no credit or payment unless we later sign a written agreement from studio@dakreator38.com.

Do not send us anything you do not have the right to send.

Do not attack the site, scrape it as a dataset, or try to break the house.

Do not use our mark, our posters, or Julius Nzang’s face to imply we endorse you.

Do not use this site to send spam, threats, or unlawful material.

You do not need an account on this site to watch, listen, or read.

Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Zoom (if a class later meets there), and Google Workspace are not this house. Their rules apply once you leave.

The site is provided as it stands. Stories, teasers, and “Coming Soon” pages can change. We do not warrant that a stream will play on every device, or that a date we have not announced will arrive on a day you prefer.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage arising from use of this site. Our total liability for a claim about this site is limited to the amount you paid us through this site for the thing in dispute — which, today, is nothing, because we do not take payment here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where a mandatory local law applies to you.

Write studio@dakreator38.com first. We would rather settle a problem in the mailbox than in a courtroom.

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still stands.

This headquarters is for adults. If you are under 13, or under 16 where that is the rule, do not send us personal information. See Privacy.

If the desk, the mailbox, or the work of the house changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
