This site is operated by DaKreator38 Studios, founded by Julius Nzang (“the studio”, “we”, “us”).

The studio email is studio@dakreator38.com. That is the address that answers for this policy.

It covers dakreator38.com and this headquarters: films, radio, music, the masterclass, insights, and the forms on those pages.

It does not cover Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Google Workspace once you leave this site. Those services have their own policies.

You choose what you send. We do not require an account to watch, listen, or read.

Contact. Name, email, inquiry type (film, radio, music, advertisement, masterclass, speaking, partnership, or general), and your message.

Masterclass interest. If you write studio@dakreator38.com about the class, that letter lives in the studio mailbox. We do not take payment on this site. The start date is to be announced.

The list. Email address only, if you subscribe to studio news.

We do not ask for government ID, home address, or payment details on these pages.

The desk is studio@dakreator38.com. Contact, class interest, and the list open a letter to that address in your mail app. We read what arrives in the mailbox. If the letter does not send, write the address yourself.

A copy of what you typed may also sit on your own device. We cannot read that copy from the studio.

Audio and video on this site are streamed. They are not a download of your data. YouTube and TikTok embeds, when a film uses them, are served by those companies under their terms.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent the list. We do not use what you send to train public AI models.

The site loads type from Google Fonts. Your browser may request those files from Google.

Some screening rooms embed YouTube. YouTube may set cookies if you play those cuts. Use the still if you do not want that.

We do not run advertising pixels on this headquarters. If analytics are added later, this policy will name the tool and the date.

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to answer you and to run the studio honestly — typically up to two years after the last exchange, unless the law asks us to keep them longer.

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Browser-only copies last until you clear that browser’s storage.

Write studio@dakreator38.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Say which email you used on the form.

If the only copy is in your browser, clearing site data on that device removes it. If a copy has reached the studio mailbox, we will delete it from there on request, except where we must keep a record (for example a paid seat, if payment is later connected).

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data authority. If you are in California, you may ask us not to sell or share personal information; we do not sell or share it for advertising in any case.

This headquarters is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where that is the rule. If you believe a child has sent us data, write studio@dakreator38.com and we will delete it.

If the desk, the mailbox, or the tools change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
